The J-1 Student Intern category is available to international students currently enrolled in and pursuing a degree program at a postsecondary academic institution outside the United States.
If you are interested in coming to Georgia Tech as a J-1 student intern, you will work with a host academic unit to determine your research project. After a supervising faculty member has been identified, the human resource administrator within the host academic unit will submit a DS-2019 request on your behalf. Please work with your host academic unit directly for information regarding your DS-2019 request.
