Your travel signature can be found on page 2 of your I-20 form under the "Travel Endorsement" section.

Where can I find my CPT authorization on my I-20 form?

Your CPT authorization can be found on page 2 of your I-20 form under the "Employment Authorizations" and "Employer Information" sections.

Employer Authorizations section will specify:

  • If you have been authorized for full-time or part-time CPT
    • Part-Time CPT: you are authorized to work up to 20 hours or less per week
    • Full-Time CPT: you are authorized to work more than 20 hours per week
  • The dates you have been authorized for the CPT

Employer Information section will specify:

  • The employer you received CPT authorization to work with
  • The dates you have been authorized for the CPT
  • The physical location of the employer
