In early April each year, the OIE calculates the estimated cost of attendance to be listed on an I-20 or DS-2019 based on tuition and expense estimates (tuition rates proposed to BOR and Financial Aid and Scholarship estimates). After BOR finalizes tuition rates, OIE will reevaluate our I-20/DS-2019 estimates.
